Yinpower X LOOW

These are my absolute favorites from LOOW!

Short sleeve O-neck T-shirt in black and ocean: Black and dark blue are colors that represent yin; the depth of water, foundation, inner work and self-development. I've also been advised by a feng shui practitioner to wear black, dark blue, gray for business purposes to appear serious.

Zip-neck: The zip-neck is brilliant for yinpower as it can be taken on and off, keeps the neck warm, has sleeves that can be pulled down and you can take it off as the sequence progresses.

Underwear: It's so wonderful to have your  bottom and breasts wrapped in something soft and warm. It works under yoga pants, T-shirts and allows my skin to breathe without restricting my body from moving.

Neckwarmer: The neckwarmer is great all year round! I always have one in my pocket and use it when winter swimming or walking the dog. I use it as a headband to cover my ears in the wind, but also around my neck and wrists to keep my hand warm while holding the dog leash. They are so versatile and for yoga they can be pulled down to cover your eyes in the last pose.
