Buy Only What You Use
By investing in a few, but quality, basics for your wardrobe, you can minimize your consumption. In this way, we hope to contribute to changing the buying culture towards buying less but better and more consciously. We also want consumers to use the products they have more.

Therefore, it's worth investigating and considering which products are right for you and your needs before making a purchase. You can benefit from checking out our guides, which can help you find the products that suit your use.

    Find the right size
If you are unsure about which size you need, you can always find a product-specific size guide for each item. Click on the desired product, and above the various sizes, you will see "size guide" with a link to it.

Divide your clothing into 3 categories
There comes a time when our T-shirts become worn, faded, or show signs of use. However, in our view, that doesn't necessarily mark the end of a T-shirt's lifespan. By categorizing your T-shirts into 3 groups, you can extend their longevity:

    1. The newest and nicest ones: Use these T-shirts for dressier occasions, such as wearing under a blazer, for work, at a cafe, or even on their own.
    2. Your older, more worn T-shirts: These can be used for workouts, as a layer under a shirt or a thick sweater when it's cold, so you can still enjoy the wonderful properties of wool against your skin. Wool's fantastic characteristics remain the same.
    3. The oldest ones: After much use and love, these T-shirts may show signs of wear, but there's no need to discard them. They can be used for sleeping, gardening, or whatever else you might need.

By avoiding subjecting the newest and nicest T-shirts to heavy wear and using the older ones for these activities, you can prolong the lifespan of your clothing.

    Take Care of Your Products
To make the most of your products and extend their lifespan as much as possible, it's important to take care of them.

How to Wash Your LOOW Products
Thanks to the natural properties of merino wool, your LOOW products don't need to be washed as often as other clothing. You can often just air them out to refresh them. This is both good for the durability of your products and for the environment. When it becomes necessary to wash your LOOW products, we recommend doing so by hand or using the wool program in your washing machine.

You can find a detailed guide on how to wash your LOOW products here. Additionally, you'll find tips for removing stubborn stains and spots here.

How to Repair Your LOOW Product
If you notice small holes in your older merino wool products, it's important to get them repaired quickly, as they can become larger after washing and further use. We can recommend this video for repairing small holes. If the hole is due to a fault in the clothing, we will, of course, exchange it for a new product.
